BRANDING AND COMMUNICATIONS

POSITION produced a documentary film series on a regional trade corridor, built for investor briefings, institutional audiences and public communication.

The challenge

The corridor programme was explained through documents that few of its intended audiences read. Investors, ministries, operators and communities each needed a different emphasis, yet the programme could not afford separate productions. Filming spanned border posts, ports and freight operations where access and security conditions changed without notice.

Our approach

POSITION designed a modular production with a common narrative spine and audience specific cuts drawn from shared material. Field production covered port operations, border crossings, haulage and trader interviews, working within access windows agreed in advance. Interviews were conducted in local languages with subtitled versions, and the image library was catalogued for reuse beyond the films themselves.

The result

The programme gained a film set that carried its argument to investors, officials and the public without commissioning separate productions. The catalogued image library continued to supply presentations, reports and communications long after delivery, extending the value of a single production period.

Outcomes

  • Modular films from one production period
  • Audience specific cuts on a common narrative
  • Catalogued image library for continued reuse
